Jessica started her blog, Bariatric Beginnings, in July 2011, she writes about her journey to a happier and healthier life through weight loss surgery. She holds a B.S. and M.Ed. in Community Health Education from Kent State University. She will be launching her own health education consulting company in 2015 and is currently employed at a local retirement community.
